Repair & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through TabouATL.

Because all products are made to order, we take extra care in production and fulfillment to ensure each item is created specifically for each customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details, including sizing, color, and order information before completing checkout.

We do not offer a “change of mind” policy.

Lifetime Repairs

Clothing isn’t meant to stay perfect.

It’s meant to be worn. To fade, soften, crease, break down, and eventually show the life it’s lived.

So when something goes wrong with a pair of jeans, I don’t want the answer to be buying another pair.

Every pair of Tabou jeans comes with lifetime repairs.

If something I’ve made needs attention, send it back to me and I’ll do my best to keep it going. That can mean a blown-out knee, a broken seam, worn-through denim, a damaged pocket, belt loop, hardware, hem, or just years of wear catching up with the garment.

Repairs are done by me using the same machines, materials, and construction methods I use to make the original garment whenever possible.

You’ll be responsible for getting the garment to me and for return shipping once the repair is finished. Before sending anything, email me a few photos of the damage so I can take a look and let you know what can be done.

Sometimes something will be too far gone to repair. But I’ll always look for a way to keep it going before calling it done.

Because I’d much rather see a pair of Tabou jeans come back to me covered in fades, repairs, and years of wear than see them thrown away and replaced. I also may even make some content repairing them so you and others can see your jeans and the repair process. 

That’s the point.

Make something well. Wear it hard. Repair it. Keep it going to tell your story.
