SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with TabouATL.

Because all products are made to order, each item is produced specifically after a purchase is made.


PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All orders require a production and processing time of approximately 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during special releases. this time may be shorter depending on how many orders are in front of yours 

This timeframe includes both production and preparation for shipment.

During high-volume periods (such as drops or holidays), production times may be extended.


SHIPPING TIME

Once production is complete, orders are shipped out.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


DELAYS

TabouATL is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
